Group Company Space

What it is

A Group Company Space is a workspace for managing a portfolio of related companies together. You see consolidated employees from all companies in the group, shared members, and group-wide settings — all in one view.

Who uses it

Advisers or owners managing a portfolio of related companies where coordination and consolidated reporting matter.

What's different about it

Unlike an Adviser Space (which is for an external party managing multiple advised companies), a Group Company Space is for consolidated management of companies that belong together — think of it as a parent/holding structure that rolls up data from multiple subsidiaries.

Key features

  • Company list — see all companies in the group
  • Consolidated employees — view employees across all group member companies
  • Member management — manage who has access to the group workspace and set roles
  • Group-wide settings — configure branding, notification preferences, and capabilities at the group level
  • Cross-company visibility — if Finance is enabled, see consolidated holdings and financial data across the group
  • Custom attributes — operators can add fields to group companies and their employees
  • Dashboards — create group-level dashboards and reports
