Signing In

What you'll do

Log in to your Hub account, set up two-factor authentication if required, and reset your password if needed.

Steps

Logging in

  1. Go to the Hub login page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Log in.

Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA)

If your administrator has required two-factor authentication:

  1. After entering your password, you'll be asked to verify your identity.
  2. Check the authentication app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, or similar) and enter the 6-digit code.
  3. Click Verify.

If you lose access to your authentication app, contact your administrator to reset 2FA for your account.

Resetting your password

  1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Send reset link.
  4. Check your email for a link. (It may take a few minutes.)
  5. Click the link and enter a new password.
  6. Click Reset password.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or ask your administrator to resend it.

What happens next

After signing in, you'll see the Lobby (if you don't belong to any Space yet) or your most recent Space's dashboard. You can switch between Spaces using Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Linux/Windows).
