Feedback

What it is

A short form you can open from any page in Hub to send a bug report, a product idea, or a question to your team. Your feedback is recorded against your account so the people running the platform can follow up — and you can scroll back through everything you've already sent.

When to use it

Reach for Feedback when you want to:

  • Report a bug you've just hit
  • Suggest a feature or an improvement
  • Ask a question about how something works without leaving the page

It's the fastest way to flag something while it's fresh, without switching tabs or hunting for a help email.

Where to find it

Click the chat bubble icon (labeled Feedback on hover) in the top right of any page. The Feedback panel slides out on the right. Click the X in the panel header — or click the chat bubble again — to close it.

How it works

Sending feedback.

  1. Open the panel.
  2. Pick a category:
    • Bug — something is broken or behaving wrong
    • Idea — a suggestion for what Hub could do
    • Question — you need an answer
  3. Type your message in the textarea — the more specific you can be (which page, what you did, what happened), the easier it is to act on.
  4. Click Submit. A "Thank you!" confirmation appears, and the form clears itself a few seconds later so you can send another.

Your recent feedback. Below the form, the panel lists your last ten submissions. Each row shows the category icon, the category name, when you sent it, and the first part of the message. This list is just for you — it's a record of what you've reported in case you want to follow up.

Where it goes. Feedback is recorded inside Hub and reviewed by the team running your platform. You won't normally receive a reply through Hub itself; if someone needs to follow up, they'll reach out by email or in a comment on a related task.
