Frequently Asked Questions

Can I belong to more than one Space?

Yes. You can be a Member of as many Spaces as people invite you to. Use Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Linux/Windows) to switch between them instantly.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to you. See Signing In for details.

Who can invite people to my Space?

Typically, the Space Owner or Editors can invite people. Your administrator or Space owner will tell you if you have permission. See Inviting Someone to Your Space.

What happens when I mention someone in a comment?

The person you mention receives a notification and a highlighted link to the comment. See Mentioning a Colleague.

Can I upload files to Hub?

Yes. You can attach files to tasks and comments. See Uploading a File.

What are custom attributes?

Custom attributes are user-defined fields added to records without code. An operator might add "Risk Level" to a Task or "Funding Round" to a Company. See Adding a Custom Attribute.

How do I create a custom table?

You can create a Dynamic Resource — a user-defined table — in the Tenet admin space. See Creating a Custom Table.

What are Agents and how do I use them?

Agents are AI workers that automate tasks. They respond to schedules, webhooks, events, or manual commands and can create tasks, update records, and send notifications. Ask your administrator or see Agents.

Can I export data from Hub?

Yes. Data tables have an export button that lets you download to CSV or Excel. See Data Tables.

How do I change my notification preferences?

Open your Settings and go to Notifications. Choose which channels you want (email, in-app, phone push, browser push) and we'll honour those preferences. See Notifications.

What is a Skill?

A Skill is the trigger configuration for an Agent. One Agent can have multiple Skills — some might run on a schedule, others when an event happens, others via webhook. See Agents.

Can I customize the look of my Space?

If you're an administrator, yes. Go to Space Settings and customize the logo, accent colour, font, and appearance mode. See Appearance and Branding.

Where can I find help and user documentation?

Click your profile photo in the top-right corner and select Docs. This opens the Hub user guide in a new tab — with a searchable sidebar covering getting started, guides, features, and a glossary of terms.
